Established in 2015, Pantera Management Group (PMG) is comprised of a team of experienced professionals dedicated to the success and mission of your project. We specialize in several areas centered around Contracting and Workforce Development Compliance. Our CEO previously served as both Chief of Staff and Director of the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD).  In this capacity, he oversaw the City’s Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) Program where he worked closely with various District government agencies responsible for spurring economic growth and development in Washington, DC. Collectively, he and the PMG team have worked extensively with government agencies, real estate development firms, general contractors and sub-contractors that play an integral role in development projects throughout DC and the surrounding region.
